Music attracts children from an early age and pushes them to dance! Besides the physical benefits that dance gives, it also provides them with social and emotional benefits, especially to preschoolers as they build their social skills such as cooperation, increase their self-esteem and interaction with other children.

Children learn movement patterns just as they learn the language. Often children dance before they even talk! So dance can become a way for children to express their feelings in a way that they are not able to express verbally.

When children are involved in dance classes, they learn that through their movements can tell a whole story and so to communicate in their own way.
