Begin Here, Go Anywhere. A famous coach one said. We always said that, if a child does gymnastics, they will excel at anything else they do later in life. The coordination, strength, and flexibility will help with other sports. The discipline, time management, mental toughness, and other “skills” they learn will help them with other sports as well, but also with school and other areas of life.
Early physical training has impact on children’s development. Gymnastics with all its twists, rolls and tumbles is very important for building coordination, increases confidence and has proven effect on cognitive and social development.

Music attracts children from an early age and pushes them to dance! Besides the physical benefits that dance gives, it also provides them with social and emotional benefits, especially to preschoolers as they build their social skills such as cooperation, increase their self-esteem and interaction with other children.
Children learn movement patterns just as they learn the language. Often children dance before they even talk! So dance can become a way for children to express their feelings in a way that they are not able to express verbally.
When children are involved in dance classes, they learn that through their movements can tell a whole story and so to communicate in their own way.
